I recently had to travel to Utah for a work conference .. and decided to stay a week to explore... because lets be honest... Utah was not really on my radar as a travel hotspot. I spent the week driving across the state like crazy. My (obvious) goal was to see as much as possible. One of my favorite places we visited was the Capitol Reef, located in central Utah. Now, before I tell you anything more.. just know that I love to travel and site see... but camping is so not my thing.
